Radiant Fish World has a collection of around 200 live marine species. Among them are several kinds of octopuses, snails, sharks, crabs, prawns, jellyfish and many other species. Upon entering through the mouth of a shark, the map of Bangladesh’s maritime province welcomes visitors. Moving forward, travelers get to observe the marine species all around with an eye-catching trail giving a feel of walking underwater. Information is also provided about the species showcased here which makes this place perfect for students and kids to learn about marine biology. Moreover, the multistoried facility has integrated many other services to offer tourists complete entertainment for an entire day. For instance, besides the sea aquarium, Radiant Fish World offers fish feeding facilities for kids and adults to get closer to the marine creatures. Following the trail of species, there’s a coffee shop and food corner. There is also a 3D center present at the premises. The facility also provides photography services that visitors can avail. It prints out the photos from its own color lab. There is also a souvenir shop for tourists to buy attractive gifts from. Burmese pickle is also available since it is a popular item in Cox’s Bazar to tourists.

Cancellation

• To cancel any tour, an email has to be sent to cancel@zoo-tourism.com mentioning the tour booking ID and details about the cancellation.
• Travelers are responsible for notifying ZooTourism of any cancellations as soon as possible.
• Your email acts as the final application for cancellation. Phone calls to ZooTourism hotline or contacting any team member directly will not be considered as cancellation requests.
• The time of sending the email will be considered as the time of cancellation.
• In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as acts of God, natural disasters, or mandatory government closures, the ZooTourism may offer alternative dates for the tour or a full refund, at ZooTourism discretion.
• If a tour is cancel by the tour operator due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the tour fee.
• This policy is subject to change without prior notice. Please refer to the website or booking confirmation for the most up-to-date information.
• This policy is applicable to all tour cancellations, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
• Tours booked for blackout dates, government holidays, and festival periods are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Refund

• 80% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled more than Seventy-Two (72) hours before the beginning of the experience/tour.
• 50% of the fees will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Forty-Eight (48) to Seventy-Two (72) hours before the beginning of the experience/tour.
• 30% of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled within Twenty-Four (24) to Forty-Eight (48) hours before the beginning of the experience/tour.
• Refund will not be provided if the tour is canceled less than Twenty-Four (24) hours before the beginning of the experience/tour.
• Convenience fees and insurance fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the paid amount.
• All refunds will be processed within five (5) working days.

Child Policy

• No fee is needed for children lower than the height of three and a half (3.5) feet.
• Full amount of money must be paid for anyone who is taller than three and half (3.5) foot.
